Proverbs 8:22-30 is used by many to show that the Son of God (Christ) was brought forth from the Father before anything was created. From the period of dateless ages that Christ was brought forth, there has never been a time where He was not in close fellowship with His Father. Both 1 Corinthians 1:24, 30 are used to show that Christ was made unto us wisdom.
Jesus referred to Himself as the Light of the world in John 8:12, 9:5, and John 12:46… but He also said:
