Update on the Fulfilling of Bible Prophecy

Hello again __________,
The significance of the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony being open in Heaven in 15:5 signifies a time frame: the time of the Day of Atonement. It was only during the DoA that anyone (specifically the high priest) would see that part of the temple. Yes, it is at the end of the DoA, but it is during that time when God sends out the seven Angels (the same time the four Angels will loose their holds on the winds in 7:1).
The “seven angels” appear 9 times in the KJV in the Revelation. Each time (in the trumpets of 8 -11, in Heaven during the time of the plagues in 15, on earth during the time of the plagues in 16, during the explanation of the judgment of the great whore in 17, and the blessed judgment of the bride […]
Hello __________,
Regarding your last message about the last 3 woes being the first of the 10 (not just the seven) last plagues: I’ve never heard that before, and don’t believe the person you’re referring to has a strong foundation to stand on, as the book of Revelation is laid out structurally to support something differently. Here’s what I mean:
The seals have an interlude between the 6th and the 7th seal.
The trumpets have an interlude between the 6th and the 7th trumpet.
The book of Revelation is laid out that way, I believe, showing how we ought to understand it.
Also, an amazing book called “The Great Controversy” on page 334-5 says, “In the year 1840, another remarkable […]
Hello ____________,
Glad to hear you are studying this subject. I haven’t don’t a specific correlation study, because what I’ve seen is that people who take the OT plagues and apply them to the book of Revelation, have done it in a way that makes most of the book of Revelation look like it applies to the end as a future application. This is not how I study the Revelation, as it makes better than perfect sense to apply it in the past, present and future, as John does in 1:19.
Because the Revelation uses the term “seven last plagues” in 15:1 and 21:9, I will refer to the seven last plagues of the Exodus (though in the Revelation they are the last plagues this earth will ever have as well).

Daniel… “After I talked with you at ____ and ______’s house I was impressed to figure out how I could help with your Revelation project as I saw the passion you have for it. I prayed about it and really felt I should be involved somehow. Then I prayed that if I should work with you the next client I had coming into my office would need to bring your name up within 15 minutes. Your name came up within 12 minutes just through normal conversation without me bringing it up…”
Amazing…

(Did Judas really buy the field as in Acts, or is Matthew stating the truth that the priests did?)
Hello friends,
I’ve looked again at the two stories (mentioned at a Bible study) there in Matthew 27:3-10 and Acts 1:16-20.
What could be meant by Peter in Acts when he said, “Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity…” is, that by throwing the money down in the temple, recorded by Matthew, he was providing the money that was used to purchase the field.
The field would not have been purchased had not Judas returned the “reward of iniquity,” therefore, the start of the transaction was with Judas.
A great resource for Bible students!
Question:
I spoke with you last night regarding Rev. 12. You mentioned to me that this was before the crucifixion (clarification: I actually said that the first part of Revelation 12 and the verse in John 12 were before the cross), the Dragon/angels were casted out… I read John 12 which you said corresponded to Rev 12… I may have the wrong text, I don’t see the correlation. Can you clarify this?
Answer:
Good morning.
John 12:31 – “Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.”
Revelation 12:10 – “Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down.”
Does this help?
We are in spiritual war. It’s obvious every day. Here’s what Paul says to do twice in one chapter, saying that with this we’ll be able to stand in the evil day:
“Put on the whole armor of God…” Ephesians 6:11, 13.
Here is a PDF you can PRINT if you’d like: Colossians2_14-17.
“Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to His cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, He made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.”
Look first at what God’s Word says about His law:

Good | Luke 18:19 | 1 Timothy 1:8 |
Holy | Isaiah 5:16 |
Hello D,
I’ve been able to spend a little time looking at Romans 3:19-22 again. Here are a couple comments that may be helpful. I don’t remember what version you were using, so I’ve copied the KJV, but can look at another translation if you let me know which one that is as well.
Romans 3 starts out asking what advantage is there in being a Jew? (Notice Paul’s definition of a Jew: Rom. 2:28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: Rom. 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.)
He asks in verse 9 if Jews are better than Gentiles… The answer is “No, in no wise.” Why? Because […]
I’ve been studying with a group nearby for over a year. We’ve been in Revelation going verse by verse… It’s been a BLESSING! We just finished the 16th chapter tonight, focusing on the “It is done” statement made by God.
What was done?
Look at the Sanctuary of the Old Testament… There were three compartments: the outer court, holy place and most holy place.
Jesus said it on the cross, said it at the end of His priestly ministry in Revelation 16, and says it the final time in 21:6 after the judgment is complete!
wow…
