We are convinced that a life without sin,

Comes from Christ’s Spirit living within. (1 John 3:9, Galatian 2:20)

We may look inside and we search without,

But we will find only self, lust, and doubt. (Jeremiah 17:9)

God sent His Son from Heaven to earth,

To make us anew, to bring second birth. (John 3:5, 16)

We are born again by His thoughts, His word.

It’s like a pinch of leaven, or a seed of mustard. (Matthew 13:31-33, 1 Peter 1:23)

God sent His Son in the perfection of time,

Then His Son’s Spirit… a truth so sublime! (Galatians 4:4-6, Ephesians 3:17)

Now turn to Isaiah 40:13,

And find the Scripture Paul used to mean,

The mind of God—Romans 11:34,

As spirit is the mind… it’s not a metaphor.

In Philippians 2:5 the truth is refined,

The Spirit God sent is truly His mind.

Holy angels are sent as spirits to minister,

To keep us away from all things sinister. (Hebrews 1:7, 14, Psalm 91:10-11)

God the Father even sent angels to His Son,

Sending them now, after the victory was won! (Matthew 4:11, Luke 22:43, Revelation 22:6, 16)

Angels, like us, have the Spirit within,

To keep all who are willing away from sin. (Psalms 103:20, Proverbs 30:5, Luke 11:27-28)

Let us be faithful as Christ was to God.

“Well done” faithful servant, He soon will applaud. (Matthew 25:23, 2 Corinthians 5:21)
